Manage capa CLI configuration — `capabilities.yaml` / `capabilities.json`, skills, MCP servers, tools, hooks, sub-agents, rules, plugins, AGENTS.md / CLAUDE.md, security options, tool exposure modes, `capa wrap` shadow workspaces, `--passthrough` native writes, registries (including Claude marketplaces), activity traces, and the local Web UI. Use whenever the user edits the capabilities file, runs any `capa` command (init, install, add, wrap, clean, sh, start/stop/restart/status, auth, upgrade, cache, registry), wires up an MCP server, adds a skill from GitHub / GitLab / a registry / a remote URL / a local path, configures secrets via `${VarName}` placeholders, installs lifecycle hooks, defines sub-agents, or troubleshoots a failed install. Use even when the user only names a fragment ("add a skill", "wire up brave search", "wrap cursor", "block this phrase in skills") without saying "capa" — if a `capabilities.yaml` or `capabilities.json` lives at the project root, this is almost certainly the right skill. If the project does NOT yet have a capabilities file, point at the `bootstrap` skill instead.

Detects and prevents privilege escalation inside Kubernetes pods by combining admission control (OPA policies), runtime monitoring (Falco), and audit log analysis of security contexts, Linux capabilities, and syscall patterns. Use when investigating a pod running as root or privileged, hardening workloads against in-pod escalation, or hunting for containers exceeding their intended scope. Keywords: allowPrivilegeEscalation, runAsRoot, capabilities, securityContext, OPA, Falco, audit log. Do not use for escalation through RBAC and service-account permissions - use auditing-kubernetes-rbac-privilege-escalation.

Search the agent skills ecosystem to discover and install skills that extend AI coding agent capabilities. Use when user asks "how do I do X" (X being a common task), "find a skill for X", "is there a skill that can...", or expresses interest in extending agent capabilities. Triggers on "find a skill", "install a skill", "skill for [task]", "can you do X", "I need help with [domain]", "how do I [task]". Do NOT use when user has explicitly asked to proceed without a skill, or when the task is better handled by agent's built-in capabilities (file operations, git, basic coding).

This skill should be used before answering "does Genesis have X", "does Genesis lack X", auditing Genesis capabilities, comparing Genesis to an external system, or reviewing/summarizing the architecture. It routes to the canonical judgment-layer subsystem map so audits start from the map, not from a cold grep. Also fires after changing a subsystem's capabilities, to keep the map current.

Runtime capabilities a published Artifact page can be granted — behavior static HTML cannot provide on its own, such as the page reading live or connected data, remembering what people do on it (a poll, a sign-up sheet, a checklist, a document edited in place — it saves new versions of itself), keeping state shared across viewers, knowing who is viewing, asking Claude a question of its own, storing files people add, or handing the viewer a file to save. Serves this user's live capability roster and the typed call definitions. Load it whenever any such runtime behavior would make an artifact more useful, before writing the page.

Use this skill when the user wants to invoke the read-only doca_caps CLI to ask what DOCA sees on this host — listing DOCA devices and PCIe addresses, listing representor devices, asking which DOCA libraries are available on the current OS, checking per-device per-library capabilities, scoping output to a specific PCIe address, or capturing a side-effect-free capability snapshot for a debug session or install smoke-test. Trigger even when the user does not explicitly mention "doca_caps" or "capabilities print tool" — typical implicit phrasings include "what does DOCA actually see on this box", "is my BlueField PF visible to DOCA", "is Flow available on my RHEL host", "enumerate VF representors for pf0", "doca_caps: command not found", or "empty output for RDMA, is the tool broken". Refuse and route elsewhere for DOCA installation, library-internal capability matrices (Flow pipe creation, RDMA verbs features), streaming telemetry / DTS, or modifying the shipped binary — those belong to other skills.

Capify an existing project. Scans the repo for already-installed MCP servers, skills, rules, hooks, sub-agents, and plugins (across .claude, .cursor, .codex, .gemini, etc.), consolidates them into shared top-level directories (skills/, rules/, hooks/), and synthesizes a sound capabilities.yaml from the inventory. Use whenever the user says "bootstrap capa", "capify this project", "onboard capa onto an existing repo", "inventory my agent setup", or asks how to turn an ad-hoc Claude/Cursor/Codex configuration into a capabilities file. Use even when the user only mentions one provider — discovery should still sweep all of them.

Phase 3 of the prd-taskmaster pipeline: smart mode selection and user handoff. Detects installed capabilities (superpowers, ralph-loop, task-master-ai, playwright, research providers), recommends ONE execution mode (A/B/C) with reasoned justification, appends the task-execution workflow to CLAUDE.md, surfaces a structured AskUserQuestion multi-option picker for user agency, and dispatches the chosen mode. Mode D (Atlas Fleet) is selectable only when detect_capabilities returns tier=premium (licensed atlas-launcher detected); otherwise it is a locked Atlas Pro teaser. Plan Mode is NOT used (spec section 13.5): AskUserQuestion is the sole user-agency mechanism. Declares HANDOFF complete so EXECUTE can follow.

houtu-dependencies enterprise-grade Spring Cloud microservice foundational framework complete usage guide. GroupId is io.github.lujiafa, covering unified response, exception handling, parameter parsing, session authentication, permission control, signature verification, anti-replay, distributed lock, rate limiting, database field encryption, config decryption, access logging, canary routing, weighted load balancing, Feign enhancement, Sentinel circuit breaking, service discovery, Swagger documentation, crypto utilities, HTTP client, monitoring metrics, and other enterprise-grade capabilities. When the project build file (pom.xml or build.gradle/build.gradle.kts) contains io.github.lujiafa or houtu-related dependencies, or when the user mentions houtu or houtu-dependencies, this Skill must be read and code must be generated strictly following framework conventions. Even if the user is simply doing regular Spring Boot development (e.g., writing Controller, Service, Feign), as long as the project includes houtu, the houtu approach must be used instead of native Spring. When the user explicitly wants to use the houtu framework and the project has not yet included it, proactively add the BOM and required Starters; when the project already includes it, proactively identify and import required module dependencies based on business scenarios during coding, naturally integrating framework capabilities to enhance business services based on business semantics, rather than waiting for the user to specify each one.
