golden-check で CHANGED が出たら、意図した変更だけを --update し、golden の差分を変更理由とともにコミットする。意図していない流れが変わっていたら、それがモデル変更の意図しない影響。regen-impact は生成ディレクトリがクリーンな状態で回す（差分だけ読むなら --no-regen）。CRADLE_PROJECT_DIR でルートを指定できる（hook は Claude Code の CLAUDE_PROJECT_DIR、無ければ stdin の cwd から cradle.json を持つ祖先を探す）。spec-query print と meta で確かめてから答える。Lean CLI がありません → cd lean && lake build。cradle.json に project が要ります → ルートに cradle.json を置く（cradle-init スキル）。golden の request.json が無い → 5 cmd で採った golden なら --manifest で scenario / viewer / today を補うか、モックアップで採り直す。外部能力の経路（external）で採った golden は脇書き（版・環境・入力列）が無いと再生できず、manifest からも復元しない — モックアップで採り直す。脇書きの version が 1 でないものも同じ。まだレビューはありません。使ってみた感想をお寄せください。
