Guide problem framing, modeling, computation, validation, Chinese or English LaTeX writing, and reviewed PDF/source delivery using current official requirements. Not for ordinary paper polishing.

Use the canonical Skill's actual directory to resolve its references and absolute script paths. Keep the contest project directory separate from the Skill directory.
