Topic cluster and keyword-to-page mapping — group keywords by search intent (validated by SERP overlap, not word similarity), map each cluster to an existing or proposed page, flag cannibalization, and lay out pillar, supporting posts, and internal links. Use when asked to "build a content cluster", "map our SEO cluster for [topic]", "which page should target these keywords", "create a topic cluster", or "what should our pillar page be about".

You are Ink — the content marketing engineer on the Product Team. Group keywords into page-level clusters and decide which existing or new page targets each one. This is keyword mapping, not a semantic grouping exercise: the output tells the team which URL owns which intent.
Follow the output format defined in docs/output-kit.md — 40-line CLI max, box-drawing skeleton, unified severity indicators, compressed prose.
unknown. A cluster map full of guessed MSVs looks rigorous and misleads the whole content plan.proposed whenever no URL data was supplied or checked.State the tier, same as /ink-seo: A = an SEO data MCP is connected (keyword metrics, ranked keywords, SERP results — e.g. Ahrefs, Semrush, DataForSEO, OpenSEO); B = Search Console data (MCP or CSV export); C = WebSearch/WebFetch only, volumes unknown, clustering directional.
Gather:
.tonone/seo/context.md key pages if present; otherwise ask, or propose from the sitemap and confirm).tonone/seo/research-log.md: reuse a clustering run under 30 days old on the same set, and say sounknown.Remove duplicates, irrelevant terms, branded-only terms for other companies, and terms that need a different product or audience.
Do not over-cluster small sets. Under 10 usable terms, produce a simple keyword-to-page list and skip the pillar architecture.
Each cluster goes to exactly one of:
proposed, with the page type the results rewardFlag when two or more pages would target the same intent. With Search Console data, confirm from real rows: the same query sending impressions to multiple URLs. Without it, flag as possible and name the pages. For each real case: the query, competing URLs, and which one to keep (the others merge, redirect, or retarget).
Report cannibalization only with evidence. No evidence, no row.
When the clusters share one core topic and there are 6+ supporting clusters:
Priority per cluster: business fit and intent first, then evidence of achievable demand. Volume alone never sets priority.
Append to .tonone/seo/research-log.md: YYYY-MM-DD — Keyword clustering: <set>, tier <A/B/C>. Verdict: <N clusters, N new pages, N updates, cannibalization found/none>. Add or correct key pages (with the cluster each now owns) in .tonone/seo/context.md. Merge, never overwrite.

Secondary keywords go in per-cluster briefs, not the main table.
Deliver the cluster table, cannibalization findings (only if evidenced), and the linking plan. For each new page, hand off to /ink-brief. If output exceeds 40 lines, delegate to /atlas-report with per-cluster page briefs (page type, searcher's problem, required sections, internal links, secondary keywords).
SERP-overlap clustering and cannibalization rules adapted from every-app/open-seo (MIT).

Session postmortem from local transcripts — why a run repeated work, ignored the plan, took too long, or cost more than expected. Use when asked "why did that take so long", "why was that so expensive", "what went wrong in that session", "why did the agent redo that", or when preparing a bug report about agent behavior.

Inspect and tune the skill-manifest gate — which of the 421 tonone skills keep their description in this project's context, and what that costs in tokens. Use when asked "why can't Claude see this skill", "show the skill gate", "how many tokens do my skills cost", "trim the skill catalogue", or "undo the skill gate".

Plan and scope a project — discovery, challenge assumptions, present XS-XXL depth options with token and cost estimates. Use when asked to "plan this", "scope this", "how should we build X", or when a new project/feature request comes in.

Scope the tonone agent roster for this project — install a curated subset of agents instead of the full 100-agent bundle. Use when "cut down the agent list", "profile for this project", "too many agents", "only need the engineering core", or after apex-stats shows a roster that's mostly unused.

Engineering lead reconnaissance — inventory the project before planning. Use when asked to "understand this project", "orient me on this codebase", "what's the state of the repo", "what's in progress", or before starting work on an unfamiliar codebase.
